Tillandsia Usneoides (Spanish Moss)

Tillandsia usneoides works well in places where you wouldn’t expect to find a plant: you can happily hang one off a light fitting, a shelf or a curtain rail as they require neither soil nor pot. As an air plant this hanging plant has no roots, but absorbs moisture and nutrition through special scales on the curled narrow leaves, they love to be in a humid spot of the house, or will happily sit in water once a week or be misted a couple of times a week.

These plants love bright indirect sunlight, they can handle temperatures between 10 to 21 degrees, they are usually pest free and disease free.
